4.1 Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 years of age to book appointments and purchase coaching packages.

5. Cancellation, Late Policy, and Refund Policy

5.1 Scheduling:

All session bookings and cancellations are subject to our formal scheduling policies. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

5.2 Late Arrivals:

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the designated end time, and you will be billed for the full scheduled duration.

5.3 Refunds:

Due to the personalized and digital nature of coaching services, strategy sessions, and downloadable products, all sales are final. Refunds for completed sessions or digital assets will not be issued unless explicitly agreed upon in writing or mandated by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Joriki Coaching LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, emotional distress, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
